Your company's listing status can be confirmed by opening the List of Materials here and performing a search for your company name. Under your company name is the listings expiration date clearly marked in the color blue for domestic origin equipment and red for non-domestic origin equipment. Your company may be listed in multiple sections each with a different origin status so be sure to search the entire List of Materials.

Before January 31, 2011 All Domestic Origin (Buy American compliant) equipment Accepted prior to September 31, 2010 must be re-certified. RUS requests that re-certification applications are filed at least 30 days prior to expiration. Our experienced staff is here to help.

The renewal requirement was established in 2009 at which time it was planned that all Domestic Origin equipment on the List of Materials would expire January 31, 2010. Its enforcement was postponed for a year to 2011 so that manufacturers could be notified and prepare accordingly. All Acceptance letters issued in 2010 clearly state the new renewal requirement. If you were accepted prior to 2010 RUS may have contacted someone within your organization, however the primary means of notification has been the amendment of your listing on the LOM with the insertion of an expiration date. If you are actively marketing to borrowers (a requirement of listing), it is expected you would have seen the amendment over the course of the year.
